Returns/Exchange/Refunds Policy

  • There will be no returns or exchanges unless the products purchased bear manufacturing defects.
  • Refer to our Warranty Guidelines in case of products with manufacturing defects.
  • If the wrong item is shipped, please inform us within 24 hours from time of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge.
  • Refund covers “Out of stock situation”. When the seller ran out of stock after customer has made a payment, the customer will be informed right away. Customer has the option to either wait for the arrival of stocks or request for a 100% refund of payments made.
  • Customer cannot request an exchange or refund if he changes his mind after the purchases has been made as it is assumed that the customer has gone through proper review and selection before deciding to make the purchase.
