Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Business Unit Manager for Water to join our team. You will be responsible for combining engineering expertise with business acumen to drive growth and create opportunities for the organization. This position involves identifying, pursuing, and securing new business ventures, projects, and partnerships by leveraging technical knowledge and market insights.
The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication with partners and clients as an ambassador of Power 4 All. With a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role. 
 
 
Job responsibilities
  • Position’s key deliverables include profitability and managing operations from commercial to project fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, focusing on engineering-driven opportunities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, technological advancements, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Leverage engineering knowledge to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to create and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Create technical proposals, presentations, and project plans to articulate the value of the company's engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals tailored to meet client needs and industry demands.
  • Identify new engineering projects and opportunities, evaluating their feasibility, profitability, and alignment with company goals
  • Oversee the creation of business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects, partnerships, or contracts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure a coordinated approach to business development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, adapting strategies as necessary to address changes in the business environment.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development performance and trends to senior management.
Whom we need for a high-performance team
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales with a strong engineering background.
  • 5+ years experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex engineering solutions effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
