The Process Engineer specializing in Wastewater and Renewable Energy Projects, has a critical leadership role responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing design projects in the environmental and renewable energy sectors. 
This position combines creative design thinking with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and professionals to deliver high-quality and environmentally responsible infrastructure solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
 
Job responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers and creative professionals in developing innovative design solutions for projects related to wastewater treatment and renewable energy systems.
  • Create and oversee the development of design concepts that address the unique challenges of environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design aligns with the functional requirements of renewable energy projects, such as solar, wind, or biomass, while also focusing on ecological responsibility.
  • Apply creative design thinking to the planning, design, and optimization of wastewater treatment plants, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and environmentally conscious design.
  • Evaluate and enhance the environmental impact of design projects, focusing on sustainability, aesthetics, and ecological responsibility.
  • Manage design resources, including personnel, design tools, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide design expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the design team. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure design projects comply with relevant regulations and permits, addressing environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor design project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining design excellence.
Whom we need for a high-performance team
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or any related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
  • Creative design skills and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical design solutions.
  • Proven experience in design leadership with a focus on environmental and renewable energy projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Can do basic cost estimates monitoring, knowledgeable in documentations, reports, and methodologies
  • Proficient in programming and planning software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor construction staff.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project issues.
