Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Business Development Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the business growth strategy of the organization. Job responsibilities
  • Develop and create detailed electrical, structural, and civil CAD drawings for various projects, including site layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed design schematics.
  • Prepare technical drawings and plans that meet project requirements and specifications, ensuring consistency and precision.
  • Assist in developing project specifications and adhere to design standards and codes for safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, and project managers to understand project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather design information, ensure project feasibility, and resolve design-related challenges.
  • Attend project meetings to review designs, discuss revisions, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all project drawings, modifications, and design updates.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety codes, standards, and regulations, including electrical and structural safety requirements.
  • Update drawings and design documents based on project revisions, engineering feedback, and client specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Provide technical support to the project team by interpreting CAD drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Identify potential design issues and collaborate with engineers to develop solutions.
Whom we need for a high-performance team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Certification in AutoCAD or other CAD software is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in AutoCAD design, specifically in electrical, structural, and civil drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software; familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of design standards, codes, and regulations in electrical, structural, and civil engineering.
  • Strong technical drafting and visualization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in CAD design and documentation.
  • Ability to interpret engineering notes, diagrams, and technical requirements accurately.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
  • Background in sustainable design practices.
