Job responsibilities
  • Design and analyze civil and structural components of renewable energy facilities and water/wastewater treatment plants, including foundations, support structures, and related infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure designs adhere to industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements while considering sustainability and environmental best practices.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions, gather data, and provide technical support during construction phases.
  • Identify potential design risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project safety and integrity.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and calculations for construction and permitting purposes.
  • Collaborate with architects, electrical and mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and coordinated design solutions.
  • Perform quality control reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Whom we need for a high-performance team
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and with relevant experiences in the same field for at least 5 years.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil/structural design, preferably in renewable energy or waste/wastewater treatment projects.
  • Member of Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) and/or a structural specialist accredited by Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE)
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g.,STAAD.Pro, Mat3D, Foundation 3D, etc.).
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling is a plus (e.g., Tekla, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable design principles.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Able to analyze or draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphic designs (Engineers).
  • Experienced in Wastewater or Water Treatment Plant (WTP) environment or at least strong knowledge & understanding in installation to completion of construction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, and value growth mindset.
  • Maintain high standards in communication to partners and clients being an ambassador of Power 4 All.
  • Self-starter, strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multi-faceted role.
  • Keen to collaborating new ideas and impact in a leading-edge environment.
  • Office based and willing to travel for site visits periodically.
