About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling car battery products within assigned retail or exhibit locations, while providing accurate product information and assistance to customers. You will ensure proper product presentation, monitor stock availability, and uphold excellent customer service standards, while professionally representing Power 4 All in all customer interactions.
Job responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell car battery products to customers
- Explain proper battery maintenance, safety precautions, and installation guidelines
- Perform installation of battery units and related components on customer vehicles in accordance with company and safety standards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and basic technical information
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales assistance during the activation booth and events
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Support sales targets of five (5) batteries per day and achieve daily/weekly quotas
- Ensure all marketing materials and collaterals (monitors, banners, standees, flyers) are properly displayed and updated.
- Participate in product training sessions, installation training, and stay updated on new product features and promotions.
- Generate leads during the mall events, exhibition/roadshows and others, ensuring that this is accurate and complete, intact in the centralized database.
- Support on-ground activations, roadshows, and exhibit events (ingress and egress)
- Safeguard company assets, including display units, materials, and inventory stocks
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability in the activation area
- Gather the customer feedback through the official platforms of the company whether in written or verbal form
- Strictly be compliant with all company policies, safety standards, warranty, and retail guidelines
Whom we need for a high-performance team
- Graduate of Senior High School or Vocational courses
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or in a similar role
- Background in automotive (motorcycle or car) products is an advantage, but not required
- Outgoing, energetic, and proactive with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in product displays, pricing, and labeling to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock monitoring
- Demonstrates reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
