Initially awarded the contract for the design, build and installation of a Modular Water Treatment Plant capable of producing 10 million liters per day of clean potable water, Power 4 All will be expanding the treatment plant’s capacity to up to 20 million liters per day making it the largest modular treatment plant facility in the country to-date.
The system utilizes various water treatment technologies including Ultra Filtration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) and designed with a very small footprint allowing the large-capacity system to be installed inside a 1,200 sqm area in Anabu, Imus, Cavite and draw water for treatment from the adjacent Imus River.
The project is commissioned by Maynilad Water Services, Inc. an agent and contractor of Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewage System (MWSS) for the West Zone of the Greater Manila Area. Expected to be completed this year, the treatment plant will supply the daily water supply needs for over 75,000 of Maynilad’s customers in Cavite.
This project follows the country’s first modular water treatment plant with a 3 million liters per day capacity built and installed by Power 4 All also in Imus, Cavite.
