POWER 4 ALL to Build Nueva Vizcaya’s First Solar BESS Project

POWER 4 ALL has been awarded the “Green Lighting of Provincial Capitol Buildings / Green Energy Conversion of the Provincial Capitol Compound”—a landmark project that reflects the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya’s strong commitment to clean and sustainable energy.

Currently underway within the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Capitol Compound, this project includes two major renewable energy installations designed to reduce the province’s reliance on conventional electricity sources, lower energy costs, and support long-term environmental goals.

One of the key components of the project is the installation of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for the Convention Center, which includes more than 400 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of storage and a 324 kilowatt-peak (kWp) solar power system. This setup will allow the building to store excess solar energy generated during the day and use it during peak hours or when grid power is unavailable—ensuring continuous operations and enhanced energy resilience.

The second part of the project involves a 113.4 kWp (DC) / 120 kW (AC) grid-tied solar photovoltaic (PV) system for the Main Executive Building. This system will help reduce the building’s electricity consumption from the grid, significantly lowering utility expenses while also decreasing its carbon footprint.

This initiative aligns with the vision of Governor Jose V. Gambito, a strong advocate for sustainability and responsible energy use. His leadership and clear direction aim to position the Capitol as a model for renewable energy adoption—not only within the province but across the region. Governor Gambito hopes that through this initiative, other municipalities in Nueva Vizcaya will be inspired to explore and adopt renewable energy solutions in their own communities and public facilities.

At POWER 4 ALL, we believe in building strong partnerships with local governments that share our mission of clean energy for all. We take pride in delivering efficient, practical, and innovative solar and battery solutions that serve the needs of public institutions, reduce environmental impact, and ensure reliable power in critical facilities.

We are excited to be part of this meaningful shift toward sustainability in Nueva Vizcaya. This project is not just about installing solar panels or batteries—it’s about helping build a greener future for generations to come.

As implementation continues, POWER 4 ALL remains committed to quality, transparency, and community-focused energy solutions. We thank the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya for entrusting us with this important project, and we look forward to sharing its impact in the months ahead.
