POWER 4 ALL took part in the Executive Director Exclusives training and Annual Members Meeting and Year-end-get-Together of League of Corporate Foundations held November 14, 2024.
HR Officer and People Experience Naye Santos of Power 4 All participated in the E.D. Exclusives training "Succession Planning for CSR Practitioners: Training Future Leaders," held at the Makati Sports Club. The session provided critical insights into developing a sustainable leadership pipeline for CSR initiatives. Naye highlighted the importance of mentorship programs and strategic planning to prepare future leaders who will carry forward the mission of community service with innovation and dedication.
The 2024 LCF Annual Members’ Meeting and Year-End Get-Together was hosted by the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF) at the Ayala Banquet Hall, Makati Sports Club, bringing together 118 attendees from 55 member organizations, including distinguished members of the LCF Board of Trustees, the Steering Committee (STEERCOM), and special guests. This gathering brought together key players in corporate philanthropy to reflect on the year’s achievements and foster connections for future collaborations. The event served as an inspiring platform for sharing best practices and exploring innovative approaches to CSR challenges.
The event aligned with its objectives by fostering connections among CSR practitioners and encouraging the exchange of ideas to drive impactful actions. Attendees left with a renewed commitment to elevating CSR efforts, equipped with new tools and insights to address pressing community needs.
