On September 13, 2024, HR professionals from Power 4 All, Inc. Mr. Jakeson G. Quiatchon - Senior HR and Stakeholder Engagement, Mr. Mark Niño R. Santos HR Officer and People Experience, and Ms. Mitzelle M. De La Peña HR Supervisor and Total Rewards attended the Philippine HR Summit (PHRG) 2024 at Novotel Manila Araneta City alongwith other 500 HR leaders from various industries. This year’s summit, themed "HR Horizons: Elevating People, Performance, and Purpose through Technology,” brought together human resource professionals, industry leaders, and HR experts to explore the transformative role of technology in human resources.
The summit offered participants valuable insights into emerging trends in HR, with sessions focused on how AI, automation, and data analytics are revolutionizing HR practices.
