The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) organized an event in partnership with Oxfam Pilipinas held on March 19–20, 2024, at Pacific Point Events Place & Resort located at Baluarte, San Jose, Tacloban City. The Power 4 All Business Development team brought technologies for clean power like Mission portable power stations, solar torches, solar lanterns and solar home systems as well as solutions for clean water using a digital display to show modular treatment plants and solar-powered desalination and purifying systems, aiming to have them implemented accordingly in the region based on the locals' humanitarian and disaster risk reduction energy needs.

One of the highlights of this event is the panel discussion and open forum with suppliers, contractors, and LGU officers, NGO, and other government agencies. Next, he discuss the building blox™ which is a complete basic needs service delivery system that is fully autonomous, self-powered, modular, scalable, complete build, plug-and-play and can be installed in any location and operated under any condition which aims to create uninterrupted access to basic services down to remote communities, enabling the improvement of the human condition and sustained development of communities.
This event advocates the numerous benefits of renewable energy, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving air quality, creating jobs, fostering energy independence, and promoting sustainable development.
