TradeWorks Environmental Inc., a Canadian cleantech company delivering advanced biological wastewater and organic waste optimization technologies, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Earth Lab, through its parent company POWER 4 ALL in the Philippines, strengthening local technical implementation and project delivery capacity.

Under the agreement, Earth Lab will deploy proprietary microbial treatment solutions within modular and decentralized wastewater systems targeting municipal, community, and select commercial sectors. The technology is designed to enhance system performance, reduce sludge generation and operational costs, mitigate odors, and improve environmental compliance outcomes.

The Philippines represents a strategic expansion market within Southeast Asia, supported by strong infrastructure development demand, increasing regulatory enforcement, and a growing shift toward decentralized and climate-resilient treatment systems. This partnership provides TradeWorks with immediate market access, established engineering support, and scalable project execution capabilities, positioning the company for long-term regional growth.

Angelo Valenton, CEO of Earth Lab and POWER 4 ALL, stated: “Our mission is to provide innovative clean water and infrastructure solutions that address real-world challenges. Integrating TradeWorks’ biological technologies strengthens our treatment systems and enhances our ability to deliver sustainable outcomes to the communities we serve.”

Hans Woldring, Senior Vice President of Earth Lab, added: “Earth Lab is committed to science-based environmental solutions that improve system performance and resource efficiency. This collaboration enhances our capacity to deploy advanced treatment technologies that align with circular economy principles and a systems thinking approach to creating innovative solutions.”

Together, the organizations aim to advance responsible water stewardship, expand access to sustainable treatment solutions, and contribute to long-term environmental resilience throughout the Philippine market.
