Fr. Jose Victor Lobrigro is a former board member of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) and is the person who spearheaded the project to electrify Our Lady of Salvation Parish in Anislag, Daraga, Albay.
The Parish was originally connected to the grid however after Albay was ravaged by Typhoon Tisoy parishoners the parish and it’s neighboring communities suffered hindering power loss for weeks. With the use of Power 4 All’s Mission 1200, Fr. Jose and his team were able to provide power to their parish church. This will not only prevent any future effects of power shortage but also help the parish save money on electric bill charges. Our Lady of Salvation Parish is now the first standalone solar PV system augmented parish in the Philippines. The parish may now have traditional grid power as the power lines in the area have been fixed yet they still opt to utilize the Mission 1200 system to save on electric bill costs.
