Project Sinag x Tanglaw is a collaborative mission of SOLAR Hope, JCI Antipolo, and JCTLS Church Philippines that aspires to provide hope to Dumagat families in Antipolo and Rizal through solar lights. After months of community assessments and research, the organization has found and is continuously looking for communities that deserve to be empowered.
Electricity is one of the main challenges that remote communities are facing. The lack of electricity affects not only work, livelihood but also studies. This project aims to be part of the solution by giving a set of Power 4 All’s Mini Hub Solar Home kits and other necessities.
On September 25, 2021, Sinag x Tanglaw Outreach Program was held at Sitio Canumay, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo, Rizal, and 50 families happily received a set of Mini Hub Solar Home Kit, slippers, groceries, books, school supplies and solar light for the Tribal Hall. Through the help of sponsors, donors, and partners, another community was empowered.
Mini Hub Solar Home kit is sustainable, user friendly and is safe to use compared to kerosene or candles. It will provide light and source of free energy for the family which can improve their way of living. Improvement is a sign of hope which everyone needs especially in these trying times.
